1/2 stick butter
1 cup orzo pasta
(2) 14oz. can chicken broth
1 cup long grain rice
1/2 tsp. pepper
chopped onion and celery
1) In large skillet melt butter. Add chopped celery and onion until softened then add the orzo and cook until golden. Stirring frequently.
2)Add remaining ingredients, mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer. 30- 35 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Fluff with fork and serve.
